April Meeting

Plan on coming to our support group this month for a real treat! We will be having Rita from Angelina's Pizza and Pasta coming to provide samples of her delicious gluten free authentic Italian food. This is not the first time Angelina's has provided food for us and it is really fabulous! Angelina's is located in Hyde Park at 870 Violet Ave. (845 233-6863).

As is our practice, we will also be having a support oriented meeting to field you questions and learn from your comments.

February Meeting

We welcomed Virginia Cambalik RD CDN, dietician and nutritional counselor at Vassar Brothers Hospital. She spoke on "Gluten Free Healthy Eating". Virginia is herself a Celiac and is experienced in nutritional counseling for all special diets and allergies.

January Meeting

We enjoyed a night of support-sharing information and answering questions as well as the delicious baked goods from Ella's Bellas. This new entirely dedicated gluten free bakery is at 418 Main St. in Beacon (845) 765-8502. The display of such a delicious assortment of goodies was truly a treat! January Celiac Support Group

Come join us for an early evening of support and information on January 24, 2012 from 6-7:30 at Vassar Hospital, conference room B. We will also be featuring Ella's Bakery in Beacon who will be supplying samples!
